Three days to explore, connect and prepare for what comes next.

THRIVE is a three-day experience for Liberty Public Schools high school students focused on something bigger than preparing for the next test or assignment: preparing for life.

Students step outside their usual routines to meet new people, explore possibilities and build practical skills they can use now and in the future.

See THRIVE in action.

It's hard to capture THRIVE in a few sentences. It's part conference, part workshop, part exploration and a whole lot of experiences designed to get students thinking, talking, trying and discovering.

Learning for life.

There is a lot to figure out as you become an adult, and not all of it fits neatly into a class.

At THRIVE, students learn from community members, professionals and one another through interactive sessions and experiences. Topics range from understanding yourself and communicating with others to exploring careers, making decisions, managing money and developing practical skills for life after high school.

But THRIVE isn't three days of sitting and listening.

Students participate. Ask questions. Practice. Reflect. Meet people they might never have met otherwise. Try new things. And hopefully leave knowing a little more about themselves and the possibilities ahead of them.

What will you discover?

You don't need to have your future figured out to come to THRIVE.

That's kind of the point.

Come curious. Meet new people. Try something different. Ask good questions. Learn something useful. Discover something about yourself.

And leave with a few more tools for whatever comes next.

My favorite part was how we overcame our fears, asked questions, listened, and worked together to solve the problem. We made sure everyone was involved because we needed each person’s help.
