The Thrive Conference is a FREE 3-day personal and leadership development conference for LPS high school students.

Students participate in fun and engaging challenges to develop their leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills facilitated by our partners at Better Humans.

  • Who: 2026-2027 LPS sophomores, juniors and seniors

  • Thrive is free, and we provide lunches and snacks, but you need transportation to and from LHS.


Thrive helps students get life-ready with skills, tools and information beyond what they learn in the classroom. Students participate in group challenges and get to choose breakout sessions. Topics offered include:

  • Spy Skills

  • Entrepreneurship

  • Story-telling to influence change

  • Mental Health, Stress and Anxiety

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Strengths Assessment

  • And much more!
